Betty Kellum Realty was established in 1983, and has covered the Big Bend from the Georgia border to the Florida coast and everything in between for over 36 years. The office is conveniently located in Havana, Florida which is a short distance from the Florida-Georgia line, and just minutes north of Tallahassee, making it easy to cover the Big Bend area. Havana is known as Florida's friendliest small town so it's no surprise why Elizabeth A. "Betty" Kellum chose to establish her Real Estate Brokerage Firm there, as well as the Kellum's Furniture store and the Kellum's Antique and Design Center. Historic Havana is one of Florida’s most unique villages.
From the beginning, Betty Kellum Realty established and maintained a culture centered on experience, customer service, professionalism, and satisfaction. Within the firm it is the belief that everyone is our customer, and that includes the employees and agents who work there. Like Havana, Betty Kellum Realty is small and friendly, and treats clients and customers' real estate needs with honesty and integrity, and honoring the National Association of Realtors Code of Ethics.
Betty Kellum Realty supports and frequently participates in events held on weekends in the town square where there are more than 30 specialty shops stocked with everything from new furniture and vintage collectibles to some amazing art. Founded in 1906, Havana was initially driven by shade tobacco’s economic engine, as was much of Gadsden County, Florida. As well, the North Florida Arts Trail runs through Havana and includes many historic buildings and homes. Of course, after shopping and exploring, visitors will want to rest and relax at one of Havana’s quaint cafés or restaurants.
Mission Statement – The mission of Betty Kellum Realty is to be honest and informed and do the hard work that provides extraordinary results for our clients and customers.
