Betty Kellum is awesome! My wife and I were looking for some property outside of Tallahassee. While I am generally familiar with Quincy and the surrounding towns, I was uncomfortable going it alone. We were very fortunate in finding Betty. She listened to our criteria and immediately found a property that met our needs. We learned quickly that this property was not going to work out for us and without missing a beat, Betty found another property (more acreage and lower price) that we did purchase. Betty is an excellent communicator. We were never in the dark about what was going on and she coordinated every aspect of the purchase for us. She facilitated the electronic exchange of documents, and our purchase went off without a hitch. Betty was truly in our corner. She exceeded all of our expectations.
